for RTL Machinery loaders, excavators, and electric machines.

Our standard warranty is 12 months or 1,000 operating hours (whichever comes first) for non‑electric machines and 24 months on core electric drivetrain components (motor, controller). Wear parts are excluded.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover consumables or damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Covered: structural failures, hydraulic components, electronic control units
  • Not covered: filters, belts, bulbs, tires, brake pads, paint, cosmetic damage

Battery packs include a 24‑month warranty against manufacturing defects. Capacity decline due to normal aging/usage is not considered a defect unless below the specified threshold for the model.

Yes. We keep fast‑moving parts in stock and provide quick shipping from our Huangdao harbor warehouse. Non‑stock items can be sourced from our production lines in Qingzhou.

Email sales@rtlm.cc with the machine model, serial number, part name/number, and quantity. Photos of the part help us verify compatibility.

The serial plate is located on the chassis frame near the front articulation area or inside the cabin (depending on model). Please include a clear photo when contacting support.

Lead time depends on model and configuration. Stock machines can ship quickly from our Huangdao loading center; production orders typically take 3–8 weeks plus transit time.

Bank transfer (T/T) is standard. For distributors, LC and staged payments can be arranged. All terms are clearly stated on the proforma invoice.

Quotes are typically provided as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP depending on your preference. Taxes/VAT and local duties are governed by the destination country. Your sales representative will clarify inclusions.

Made‑to‑order machines are not cancellable once production has started. For stock machines, speak to sales about return options before shipping. Restocking fees may apply.

Yes. Every machine ships with an operator manual and maintenance checklist. PDF versions are available on request.
